| I read an article in Glamour quite a while ago, but it helped me out. It said that a lot of the bumps are caused when we shave really close, and the hair can end up under the skin. Then it doesn't always grow back out the follicule, but can get stuck under the surface and as it grows, cause those bumps. It said the best thing you can do to prevent this is to gently exfoliate every day after to prevent the dead skin buildup that can cause the hair to get trapped.
